“Healthier body, sharper mind!”
The “A Healthier Body, a Brighter Mind!” package combines science-based knowledge with practical movement and is well suited for everyone who wishes to support their health, wellbeing and daily energy levels. The package consists of a 45-minute lecture and a 45-minute guided movement session.
Participants can choose between two lecture topics: “Movement – The Key to Brain Health” or “The Basics of Nutrition”. The theoretical part explains in a simple and understandable way how movement, nutrition and everyday habits affect wellbeing, concentration, and both mental and physical health.
The lecture is followed by a practical session, where participants take part in simple and accessible exercises led by the instructor. The exercises are suitable for participants with different activity levels and help to better understand and experience the topics covered in the lecture.
The training is conducted by Taire Ojala, a specialist in health promotion and recreational physical activity.
