We invite young people to take part in an Erasmus+ youth exchange focusing on mental health, social skills and smartphone addiction. There are 6 places available for participants from Estonia, plus 1 place for a group leader.
The 7-day youth exchange will bring together 42 participants from six countries: Estonia, Latvia, Norway, Spain, Hungary and Bulgaria. During the week, participants will take part in workshops, a field trip, exciting activities and cultural evenings, while also making new friends. At least a basic level of English is required to participate.
The youth exchange will take place from 8 to 16 August – arrival is on the evening of 8 August and departure on the morning of 16 August. Accommodation and catering will be provided at Jõulumäe Recreational Sports Centre. Participants must be aged 14–17, while group leaders must be at least 18 years old.
Participants will also contribute to the programme by helping to lead two workshops. After the youth exchange, each group will carry out a follow-up activity in their local community, such as a workshop at school. We therefore welcome applications from young people who are ready to take an active role both during and after the project.
We are especially looking for applicants for the role of group leader. The group leader’s task is to support young people during the workshops and help them plan their follow-up activity after the youth exchange. It is a calm and supportive role.
The participation fee for young people is €25. Before applying, please make sure that you are definitely able to participate on the specified dates.
