TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AMENDING AND CANCELLING ORDERS

Confirmation, amendment, and cancellation of accommodation, catering, seminar, sports facilities and camp package bookings are handled via e-mail.

The Client has the right to reduce or cancel accommodation, seminar and camp package bookings as follows:

• at least 57 days prior to the start of the booking: up to 100% of the total booking amount;

• 43–56 days prior to the start of the booking: up to 60% of the total booking amount;

• 29-42 days prior to the start of the booking: up to 40% of the total booking amount;

• 15-28 days prior to the start of the booking: up to 20% of the total booking amount;

• 8-14 days prior to the start of the booking: 5% of the total booking amount;

• 0-7 days prior to the start of the booking: 0% of the total booking amount.

The Client has the right to reduce or cancel catering orders (excluding camp packages) as follows:

• at least 7 days prior to the catering date: up to 100% of the total catering order amount;

• 4–6 days prior to the catering date: up to 30% of the total catering order amount;

• 0-3 päeva enne toitlustamist 0% toitlustustellimuse kogumaksumusest.

The Client has the right to reduce or cancel sports facility bookings (excluding camp packages) as follows:

• at least 24 hours prior to the use of the sports facility: up to 100% of the total booking amount;

• 0–23 hours prior to the use of the sports facility: 0% of the total booking amount.

Should these deadlines be exceeded, the Jõulumäe Recreational Sports Centre reserves the right to claim payment for the booking.
