Guided Activities

In cooperation with experienced coaches and instructors, Jõulumäe Recreational Sports  Centre recommends active guided activities and training sessions for your event across a variety of sports.
These guided movement sessions are a great fit for seminars, camps, class excursions, birthdays, sports days, and other events.


Sports and activities for which we can recommend instructors:

– cross-country skiing, roller skiing
– disc golf
– beach volleyball
– beach tennis
– movement-based and active group activities
– hikes and outdoor
– active birthday programmes for children and young people
– gym and outdoor workouts
– yoga
– nature hikes

Training sessions are tailored according to the size of the group, the participants’ level, and the nature of the event.


A few ideas for bringing movement into your event:

  • Try a new sport
    Choose a sport to try together with your group – disc golf, (roller) skiing, beach tennis, beach volleyball, and more – and we will recommend suitable coaches. If desired, a friendly competition can also be organised after the instruction session.

  • Guided hike in the nature of Jõulumäe
    A local community guide will take you on a walk through the pine forest and along the hiking trails. The walk is accompanied by stories about Estonian culture and the local natural environment. The length of the hike can be agreed upon in advance. It is also possible to order a picnic waiting for you by the forest trail.

  • Lecture combined with movement actitivites
    A 45-minute lecture such as “Movement – the Key to Brain Health” or “Fundamentals of Nutrition”.
    It is also possible to combine the lecture’s science-based approach with 45 minutes of practical and accessible physical activities.
