The <strong data-start=\"174\" data-end=\"193\">I and II stages<\/strong> are held together with the <strong data-start=\"221\" data-end=\"268\">P\u00e4rnumaa Cross-Country Skiing Championships<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"299\">III and IV stages<\/strong> together with the <strong data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"351\">P\u00e4rnu City Open Championships<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>I stage \u2013 07 January 2026<\/strong> \u2013 free technique distances, <em data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"461\">P\u00e4rnumaa Championships<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>II stage \u2013 14 January 2026 <\/strong>\u2013 classical technique distances, <em data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"554\">P\u00e4rnumaa Championships<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>III stage \u2013 04 February 2026<\/strong> \u2013 free technique distances, <em data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"651\">P\u00e4rnu City Open Championships<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>IV stage \u2013 11 February 2026<\/strong> \u2013 classical technique distances (mass start), <em data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"765\">P\u00e4rnu City Open Championships<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>V stage \u2013 25 March 2026 <\/strong>\u2013 ski cross<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"827\"><strong>STAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"888\"><strong data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"888\">07 January 2026 \u2013 FREE TECHNIQUE, individual starts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"994\">The first stage of the series is held together with the <strong data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"993\">P\u00e4rnumaa Cross-Country Skiing Championships<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1094\"><strong data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1013\">Bib numbers<\/strong> can be collected on the competition day from <strong data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1068\">16:45<\/strong> at the finish building.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1162\"><strong data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1125\">Children and youth races<\/strong> (NM10 to NM16) start at <strong data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1159\">17:30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1213\"><strong data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1180\">Adult races<\/strong> (NM to NM50) start at <strong data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1212\">19:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>All interested skiers with sufficient preparation and a health condition suitable for participation in cross-country ski competitions are welcome.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1416\"><strong>AGE GROUPS AND DISTANCES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1497\">Age groups and distances are determined based on the competitor\u2019s year of birth.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1581\">\n<li data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1547\">\n<p data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1547\"><strong data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1530\">Children and youth starts<\/strong> from <strong data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1545\">17:30<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1581\">\n<p data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1581\"><strong data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1566\">Adult starts<\/strong> from <strong data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1581\">19:00<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1695\">Distance lengths may change depending on snow conditions. All competitions take place on <strong data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1694\">illuminated tracks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1717\"><strong>REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1775\">Participation is possible <strong data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1774\">only with pre-registration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"2018\">To register, competitors must complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1K703nCk-pfzAV3Lklbswze-OKGJFRLq9M4dT5D-p7N0\/viewform?pli=1&amp;pli=1&amp;edit_requested=true\"><strong data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1841\">registration form<\/strong><\/a>.
