data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"757\">Stage V \u2013 25 March 2026<\/strong>: Ski cross<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"796\"><strong data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"794\">Replacement stage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"887\">\n<li data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"887\">\n<p data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"887\"><strong data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"819\">18 February 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Freestyle individual start (replacement for the 4 February stage)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"998\">The <strong data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"924\">3rd stage of the Cup Series<\/strong> is held together with the <strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"997\">P\u00e4rnu Open Cross-Country Ski Championships<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1063\">RACE NUMBERS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1164\">Race numbers can be collected on the competition day from the finish building starting at <strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1163\">16:45<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1254\">\n<li data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1217\">\n<p data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1217\"><strong data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1209\">Children and youth races (NM10\u2013NM16):<\/strong> 17:30<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1254\">\n<p data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1254\"><strong data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1246\">Adult races (NM\u2013NM50):<\/strong> 19:00<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1272\">PARTICIPANTS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1422\">All interested participants are welcome, provided they have adequate preparation and their health condition allows participation in ski competitions.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1452\">AGE GROUPS AND DISTANCES<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1533\">Age groups and distances are determined based on the competitor\u2019s year of birth.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1613\">\n<li data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1580\">\n<p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1580\"><strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1567\">Children and youth starts:<\/strong> from 17:30<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1613\">\n<p data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1613\"><strong data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1600\">Adult starts:<\/strong> from 19:00<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1720\">Distances may change depending on snow conditions. All competitions take place on <strong data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1719\">illuminated tracks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1738\">REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1792\">The competition is held <strong data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1791\">by pre-registration only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"2030\">To pre-register, participants must complete the registration form. Registration is open until the end of the day preceding the competition. Lists of registered competitors will be published on the competition day at <strong data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2029\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.joulumae.ee\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2027\">www.joulumae.ee<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2165\">If a registered competitor is unable to participate, please notify us by email at <strong data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2134\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2132\">info@joulumae.ee<\/a><\/strong> or by phone <strong data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2164\">+372 526 4996<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2203\">Participation is <strong data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2202\">free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2205\" data-end=\"2320\">Citizens of <strong data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2239\">Russia and Belarus<\/strong> (except those holding permanent residence permits) are <strong data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2319\">not allowed to start<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2322\" data-end=\"2332\">AWARDS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2556\">In the overall standings of the <strong data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2388\">J\u00f5ulum\u00e4e Cup Series<\/strong>, competitors placing <strong data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2421\">1st\u20133rd<\/strong> in all age groups will be awarded a <strong data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"2477\">cup and diploma<\/strong> on <strong data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2498\">25 March 2026<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2502\" \/>No separate awards will be given at individual stages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2687\">Awards for the <strong data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2609\">P\u00e4rnumaa and P\u00e4rnu Championships<\/strong> will be presented in accordance with the respective championship regulations.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2710\">OTHER INFORMATION<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2948\">Participation in the competition is at the competitor\u2019s own risk. The organiser bears no responsibility for possible accidents or their consequences.
