Circuit Training and Physiotherapy at Jõulumäe

Physiotherapist Gitta Kivilaan-Suursild from G&G Physiotherapy offers both individual physiotherapy services and small-group circuit training sessions at Jõulumäe Sports Centre.

Gitta graduated in physiotherapy from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and has specialised in sports and manual therapy. Her professional background is supported by strong experience in sport – 14 years in rowing, including studies and an athletic career in the United States as part of the University of Southern California women’s rowing team.

At Jõulumäe, Gitta offers the following services:

Manual therapy – €70
Manual therapy aims to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and relieve pain. People with neck, shoulder, back, hip and leg pain are welcome. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing when coming to therapy.

Kinesio taping – €20

Gym group training – €15 / person + Jõulumäe gym fee
Circuit training sessions take place in the Jõulumäe gym on Tuesdays at 18:00 in groups of up to five people. The small group size allows for more personal guidance and enables exercises to be adapted according to each participant’s goals and abilities. The training is suitable for both beginners and active exercisers who want to train safely and purposefully.

Private gym training – €50 + Jõulumäe gym fee
Includes the preparation of a personal training plan and a guided sample workout.

Jõulumäe 50 – Half a Century of Movement, Nature and People

On 21 May, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of Jõulumäe Sports Centre together with former and current employees, valued partners, supporters and friends. The jubilee day brought together people who, over the years, have contributed to the development of the centre and helped shape it into a beloved place where the joy of movement, nature, sport and community come together.

A programme titled “Movement Supports Mental Health and Young People’s Quality of Life” is being created in cooperation with young people

In autumn, Jõulumäe Sports Centre, in cooperation with Pärnumaa Sports Association, will offer school groups a free 90-minute cultural education programme titled “Movement Supports Mental Health and Young People’s Quality of Life”. The programme combines a mental health lecture with experiential and engaging physical activities in Jõulumäe’s natural and sporting environment.

Did you know that hiking doesn’t always have to mean long distances and heavy equipment? Sometimes, a peaceful walk along a forest trail is enough. Jõulumäe’s hiking trails offer a wonderful opportunity for this in every season. The marked hiking trails winding through Jõulumäe’s pine forests lead you through a unique dune landscape, bog areas and elevated spots with enchanting views. There are trails of different lengths and difficulty levels to choose from – 5, 10, 15 and 25 km – suitable for families, school groups and experienced hikers alike. Hiking at Jõulumäe is an easy way to combine movement, fresh air and time for yourself. Here, you can move at your own pace, notice the nature around you and discover Jõulumäe from a whole new perspective. Jõulumäe Summer Season invites you to get moving

The spring movement season at Jõulumäe is gaining new momentum – from 1 May, the asphalt-covered activity trails, tennis courts and padel court are open to visitors. The 1.1–3.5 km asphalt-covered trails running through Jõulumäe’s pine forest are suitable for roller skating, roller skiing, cycling, running and walking. The wide and safe trails offer great opportunities for active movement for both recreational users and those in training, and are also accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with pushchairs. In addition, four tennis courts welcome visitors for training sessions, friendly matches and active leisure. You can come and play with your own equipment or rent rackets and balls on site.
