Spordinädala NAISTEKAS – Women’s Wellness & Movement Day

The European Week of Sport is a movement campaign coordinated in Estonia by Liigume.ee, with the aim of encouraging people to be more physically active and to value healthy lifestyles.

The event brought together over 80 women from across Estonia, representing a wide range of ages. The youngest participant was 17 and the oldest 83, with the average age being 50 years.
