Jõulumäe Ski Series – Stage 4

On Wednesday, 11 February 2026, the 4th stage of the Jõulumäe Cross-Country Ski Series took place at Jõulumäe. The race was held as a mass start in classic technique. The competition day offered good winter conditions – the air temperature was –7.4 °C during both the youth and adult starts, and the tracks were covered with artificial snow.

A total of 58 participants registered for the 4th stage of the Cup Series, with 52 competitors successfully finishing. In the youth categories, 29 athletes reached the finish line, while 23 athletes competed in the adult categories. The youth race started at 17:30, followed by the adult start at 19:00. The competition was held on a 1.5 km artificial snow loop, with race distances varying according to age groups.

The 4th stage was part of the Jõulumäe Cross-Country Ski Cup Series 2026 and was also included in the standings of the Pärnu Open Championships, adding further sporting significance to the event.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all athletes who took part in the 4th stage of the Jõulumäe Cross-Country Ski Series, as well as to the organising team, track masters and volunteers whose efforts ensured a smooth and safe competition.

Disc Golf Course Information

At Jõulumäe disc golf courses, there will be some temporary changes in the near future. The yellow course is currently closed and will remain temporarily closed due to course improvement works. From 20 to 23 April, all Jõulumäe disc golf courses will be closed. During this period, the courses will be rearranged in preparation for the summer season – the red course will be moved back to its summer layout, and the blue course will also be opened. Until then, there is still a final chance to play the red course in its winter layout. From 24 April, the red and blue courses will be open for play in their summer layouts. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming players back to the courses from 24 April onward.

25 March 2026 marked the final, 5th stage of the Jõulumäe Cross-Country Ski Series, where athletes took on ski cross – a discipline that demands not only speed, but also agility, balance, and smart decision-making.

The ski season at Jõulumäe has come to an end

Dear skiing friends, The ski season at Jõulumäe has now come to an end for this year, and with it, the joys of skiing as well. From today, the ski and sledding tracks will no longer be maintained. Use of the tracks is at your own responsibility, and we will gradually begin dismantling the track so that the snow can start to melt.

Enn Tasalain Indoor Beach Soccer Cup 2026 brought international top-level beach soccer to Jõulumäe

On 14–15 March, the Enn Tasalain Indoor Beach Soccer Cup 2026 took place in the beach arena of Jõulumäe Recreational Sports Centre, where strong teams from Estonia, Norway, Lithuania and Finland delivered exciting matches over two days.

Main building lobby reconstruction works have begun

From 23 March 2026, renovation works will take place in the main building lobby and reception area. The leisure room and washrooms will be closed for use.

The 3rd Stage of the Jõulumäe Cross-Country Ski Series

Due to weather conditions, the 3rd stage of the Jõulumäe Cross-Country Ski Series, which had been cancelled earlier, was held at a later date and took place after the 4th stage of the series. Despite the adjusted schedule, the competition offered athletes good conditions and provided a valuable contribution both to the overall series and to the standings of the Pärnu Open City Championships.

The Jõulumäe Gym Has Been Refreshed

The Jõulumäe Recreational Sports Centre's gym has been given a fresh new look and updated interior to offer visitors even better training opportunities.
