Marking is painted on tree trunks, signs on the turns, km-posts on the track.

  • 500 m - YELLOW
  • 1 km - WHITE
  • 1.5 km - RED
  • 2 km - BLUE

The tracks start from the main court and run through the dunes in a pine forest. Four tracks are leading to the right side of the main court and four tracks are leading to the left side of the main court.

Need a longer distance?
For running are suitable also HIKING TRAILS 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, 25 km

POPULAR PUBLIC COURSES 3 km, 5 km, 7.5 km ja 10 km are open for runners, cyclists and hikers on snow-free time.

Also there is additional 3 km long ski simulation running trail, painted on the tree trunks with vertical purple blue line.
