The early spring sun is too inviting but the last stage of the ski series is still at the door what needs to be driven.
The last stage of the Jõulumäe cross-country skiing cup series will take place on 13.03. At the same stage, the Pärnu city also competes for championship titles.
On Wednesday, 13.03, there will be a free technique competition with a mass start and this time the distances will be slightly longer than in the first three stages. Competitors in age groups WM10-WM12 will ski a distance of 2.5 km, WM14, WM16, W18, W, W40 ski 5 km and M18-M40 7.5 km.
The competition will take place on the artificial snow-covered ski track of Jõulumäe. Youth starts at 17.30 and adult starts at 19.00.
The top three in each age group of the championship are awarded with a championship medal and diploma of the Pärnu city. Special medals in children’s races.
All results are also included in the Jõulumäe cup series. At each stage, points are awarded according to the number of participants, and the points earned at all stages are added together.
In the summary of the Jõulumäe cross-country skiing series cup competitions on 13.03.2024, all age classes I-III will be awarded with a cup and a diploma.
To participate you must register on Jõulumäe’s website by the evening of 12.03 at the latest. Participation in competitions is free.
